Sharon Aboussleman serves as Managing Director for the Houston office.  Focusing on the permanent placement of attorneys with law firms and corporate legal departments,  Sharon launched her legal recruiting career with a national search firm where she earned numerous performance awards.  She has successfully completed lateral partner and associate search assignments for Texas-based and national law firms, as well as in-house counsel positions with corporate legal teams. 

Sharon received her B.A. in political science with a minor in business in 1992 from Stephen F. Austin State University, where she was on the Dean's List of Academic Excellence.  In 1996, she received her J.D. from the Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, CA.  Sharon is admitted to the State Bar of California and the State Bar of Texas.  As an attorney in private practice, Sharon specialized in employment-based immigration law and handled corporate immigration matters for global companies and private institutions in the high-tech, education, pharmaceutical, biotech and hospitality industries.
