Large energy company seeks a senior FERC counsel for its Boston-area office.
This energy company's core U.S. business is the delivery of electricity and natural gas. The company is one of the ten largest utilities (by number of customers) in the U.S. and is a significant provider of power and transmission in the New England/New York region.
The role will be responsible for all issues related to New England transmission, including:
- Customer agreements
- All rate cases and related matters
- Will also serve as the legal advisor to a regional committee that oversees power issues
